Service

Local service calls (Yadkinville, East Bend, Jonesville, Hamptonville) are $100. Areas over 30 minutes away are $145. Snake sewer line is $180 local and $240 extended. Camera line is $120 local and $165 extended. Snake and camera together is $220 local and $280 extended. Outside hose bib is $185 local and $230 extended. Like-for-like water heater replacement is $900 local and $1050 extended, including parts, labor, and haul-off.

Many jobs require on-site inspection before pricing. Burst pipes, gas lines, sewer line replacements, remodel plumbing, and new construction work vary by pipe type, access, materials, and scope.

We always inspect, explain what needs to be done, and communicate pricing clearly before beginning any work. No surprises.

Payment for completed work is expected in a timely manner upon completion, unless other arrangements are discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

For larger projects, a deposit or progress payment schedule may be established before work begins.

Burcham's Plumbing warranties all completed work. If an issue arises from something we installed or repaired, contact us and we will come back to address it.

Our warranty covers workmanship and installation quality. It does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or work done by others after our service.

Parts and fixtures carry their own manufacturer warranty. We assist with manufacturer claims when applicable.

We are open 24/7 for emergency plumbing. Same-day service is available for situations like burst pipes, no water, and sewer backups.

For non-emergency work, we schedule based on availability and confirm appointments in advance. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible.

Evening calls (after 8 PM) and weekend work may carry a slightly higher rate. This is always communicated before we dispatch.

Burcham's Plumbing is responsible for the quality of plumbing work we perform. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, code violations from previous work, or damage from factors outside our control.

Homeowners are responsible for clearing the work area before our arrival. We are not responsible for items left in the workspace.

For properties with aging systems (polybutylene, galvanized steel, old sewer lines), we will advise on conditions we observe but are not responsible for failures in systems we did not install.
